While the specific coffees in our espresso blend change regularly, we stay true to the place where espresso was invented. Trieste Italy. Not crazy dark like Southern Italy nor North America, but a medium to medium dark roast that reminds us of the classic Italian coffee bar.
The current blend is an extended roast of our Sumatra Aceh Harimau Tiger DP with a touch of top rated robusta for crema, mouthfeel and umami.
