ABOUT THIS COFFEE:

Sometimes a particular day's pickings on a farm has a distinct taste, and that's the case with this Natural Process Microlot. The producers celebrated these taste / smell experiences of fruits and praline by putting their day-lots together in this unique microlot. This lot is comprised of Red and Yellow Catuai, Red and Yellow Caturra, Pache and even some Red Pacamara, all picked as perfectly ripe cherries and dried together for 34 days on raised beds so that air can circulate above and below the cherries.
